"... IF AVON COMMONS IS DEFEATED, DEVELOPMENT OF OUR PROPERTY WILL STILL GO FORWARD AS COMMERCIAL SINCE WE ARE ZONED C-2 AND HAVE BEEN SINCE 1968. ...."
