The mass excavation of soils has been halted; and our site
contractor, R. J. Gilgenbach Company, has commenced with the
construction of the site utilities:
- We have commenced with the construction of the trunk storm
sewers starting at the detention basin in the northwestern corner
of the property and extending [south] to Detroit Road. Some of these
improvements can be seen as white lines in the aerial photograph.
We have also started a crew constructing the storm trunk lines out
of the eastern detention basin.
- The sanitary sewer construction has been commenced starting with
the outfall point at the east end of the site and progressing west along
Middleton Road and Avon Commons Drive.
- We have also commenced with the construction of the fence
along our western property line.
Due to the generally favorable weather, progress on the site work
continues to be excellent and meets or exceeds our projected schedule.
