Labor Law Clinics

Labor Law Clinics are educational seminars, usually one day in length but sometimes a half-day or two days in length, which are open to the public and feature DWD staff explaining many of the the laws and rules the agency administers.  Clinics can feature a mix of subjects or focus exclusively on Unemployment Insurance or Equal Rights Division (fair employment/family and medical leave/labor standards) topics.

In Western Wisconsin, Labor Law Clinics are sponsored by Job Service and IAPES (International Association of Personnel in Employment Security).

Planned times and dates for Labor Law Clinics in Wisconsin can be found here.

Dates and locations of clinics are subject to change in rare situations.  Western Wisconsin Labor Law Clinics may be reconfirmed with La Crosse Job Service.
