Venison Round Steak

Ingredients:

Directions:

1-1/2 Venison round steak

One package Onion Soup Mix

4 cups brewed coffee

6 medium potatoes (peeled and quartered)

6 medium carrots (peeled and cut into 1-2 pieces)

 

 

 

Wash steak.

Remove surface fat, if any.

Brew coffee using 4 cups water, 4 teaspoons ground coffee.

Pour into a roaster.

Add onion soup mix into roaster.

Add round steak.

Cover

Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for 1-1/2 hours.

Add potatoes and carrots.

Cover and bake for 30-45 minutes, or until the potatoes and carrots are tender.
